The iAmMe Girls Leadership Academy
The iAmMe Girls Leadership Academy is a leadership and empowerment experience designed to help girls ages 10–18 build confidence, strengthen identity, develop leadership skills, and grow within a supportive sisterhood.
Through workshops, mentorship, wellness conversations, community service, and real-world experiences, girls are empowered to lead boldly in their schools, communities, and future careers.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower and inspire young girls to embrace self-love, regardless of their circumstances, foster leadership skills, engage in community service, and make informed and healthy life choices.
Group Mentorship & Leadership Support
Girls in the Leadership Academy are supported through a group mentorship model led by facilitators, leadership volunteers, guest speakers, and positive women role models who help create meaningful conversations, encouragement, and leadership development opportunities throughout the program year.
