iAmMe Girls Leadership Academy is a leadership and empowerment program helping girls ages 10-18 build confidence, strengthen self-love, develop leadership skills, and grow within a supportive sisterhood environment through workshops, wellness conversations, mentorship, community engagement, and real-world experiences.
Who Can Join?
We welcome girls who are:

✔ Interested in leadership and personal growth
✔ Open to learning and participating in group discussions
✔ Willing to engage respectfully with peers and facilitators
✔ Excited to be part of a positive sisterhood experience

Leadership Academy Cohorts
Girls are placed into age-based cohorts to ensure meaningful and age-appropriate experiences.
EmpowerHer Cohort
Ages 10-13
ElevateHer Cohort
Ages 14-18
Membership & Induction
Membership in iAmMe Girls is intentional.
Selected participants and families will attend our Membership Intake & Recruitment Experience to learn more about the Leadership Academy, expectations, and program culture.
Accepted participants will be formally welcomed during the iAmMe Girls Induction, a special experience celebrating sisterhood, leadership, growth, and commitment.
